You must cancel appointments within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. You will be charged half the price of the service if you fail to cancel within 48 hours. If you no call no show your appointment, you will be charged the FULL PRICE of the service. You will be considered a no call no show if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. You must keep an active card on file to make appointments. You must call or text me OR reschedule/cancel your appointment on the Square app by the 48 hour mark. Please be considerate of my time!
